The Event organising committee is not obligated to provide a refund or accept returns should you change your mind or order the incorrect size or quantity.
Such circumstances will be dealt with on a ‘case by case basis’ at the organiser’s full discretion.
You may return any item you are not completely happy with for another, providing the item is still in its original condition, within 14 days of receiving it.
You will liable for all relative postage costs in returning/exchanging any item/s.
Any price difference greater than the original value of the returned item/s will need to be paid by you accordingly.
Any price difference lesser than the original value of the returned item/s will be credited to you towards an additional purchase.
Any such credit will remain applicable for a period of 30 days from the date the credit is administered. After such time the credit will then be forfeited.
If an item for whatever reason is determined to be faulty at the time of collection and inspection by you, you can request either a full refund or a return.
All refunds will be made via EFT to the full amount into your nominated bank account. Please note: this may take up to 7 business days to appear.
All returns will be replaced within a period or 3-4 weeks. Subject to manufacturing lead times and postage estimates.
